From French Chambord’s seasonal vanilla-raspberry kick to the warming, biting balance of orange bitters, this is not your average champagne cocktails. We like splurging on a good bottle of champagne for this one, but prosecco will do in a pinch.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Chambord
- 3 to 4 drops orange bitters
- 4 oz Brut Champagne, chilled
- Lemon twist to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Chambord with bitters in the bottom of a champagne flute. Very slowly pour over champagne. Garnish with lemon twist. Serve immediately.
