Is there anything more festive than a glass of fizz?

This blush-hued bubbly concoction is the perfect pairing for every party season appetizer out there. From French Chambord’s seasonal vanilla-raspberry kick to the warming, biting balance of orange bitters, this is not your average champagne cocktails. We like splurging on a good bottle of champagne for this one, but prosecco will do in a pinch.

How to Make It

Difficulty: Easy

Overall Time: 10 min

Prep Time: 10 min

Serves: 1

  • 1 oz Chambord
  • 3 to 4 drops orange bitters
  • 4 oz Brut Champagne, chilled
  • Lemon twist to garnish
  1. Combine Chambord with bitters in the bottom of a champagne flute. Very slowly pour over champagne. Garnish with lemon twist. Serve immediately.
