We get it: people are divided when it comes to Valentine’s Day.
We love a good date night out (as anyone who has seen our Montreal guide can attest), but there’s something extra special about getting yourself–and your table–dressed up to host at home.
We use a blend of milk and dark chocolate to balance the sweetness without going too far in either direction. Top with cream and fresh fruit, and you have a Valentine's dessert that feels indulgent but not over the top.
