There are few things better than a refreshing sip of a Campari spritz–except a campari spritz with the added hydrating, tropical hit of pineapple.
It’s the perfect balance to Campari’s slight bitterness. Add sparkling wine at the end of assembly to keep things effervescent and light.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Chilled Campari
- 1 ½ oz Pure Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 3 oz Chilled Sparkling White Wine
- Pineapple wedge and Amarena cherry, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Campari with pineapple juice in the bottom of a glass.
- Fill halfway with ice. Gently pour over sparkling wine.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and a cherry. Serve immediately.
