  • 2½ lbs (990 g) beefsteak tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • ½ tsp finely minced garlic
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces toasted nori (roughly 3½-in x 2-in) or seaweed snacks, torn into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
  1. Cut each beefsteak tomato into 8 wedges and place on a large platter.
  2. Whisk miso, mirin, lime juice, zest, oil, ginger, and garlic together in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette over tomato wedges. Top with green onion, nori, and sesame seeds.
