The Air Fryer
If you’ve held out on purchasing the air fryer for this long, you’re probably thinking: do I really need another bulky appliance? We agree, counter and cabinet space is precious and hard to spare. But, this essential is actually worth it.
Air fryers are like mini, ultra-powerful convection ovens. They use a fan to blow hot air and surround your food, giving it the perfect crispiness without all of the extra calories. (Way. Less. Oil.) This appliance is ideal for weeknight dinners; it’s quick, easy, and requires very little cleanup.
There are a lot of ways to use your trusty air fryer. We recommend using it to roast almost any vegetable (think brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, and more). And it also makes cooking breaded chicken and fish a total breeze.

The Slow Cooker
This appliance is an oldie, but a goodie. It’s been every working woman’s go-to since the 70’s. With a slow simmer, you can toss in your ingredients in the AM and let the slow cooker get to work. Dinner will be ready for you when you wrap up your work day.
Due to the longer cook time, this kitchen favorite actually helps you achieve more complex flavors. This makes crock pots ideal for cooking beef, chicken, lamb, soups, and stews.
