INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sugar or ⅔ cup maple syrup or ⅔ cup liquid honey
  • Zest of 1 lemon, peeled in strips
  • 1¼ cup fresh lemon juice, about 8 lemons
  • ½ cup water

How to Store It

Homemade lemonade concentrates will keep well refrigerated in an airtight jar for 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months.
