White Negroni with Elderflower

The white negroni is everything we love about the classic - just a little softer.

Gin and Lillet Blanc keep it grounded, while elderflower liqueur swaps in for Suze and adds a floral note that makes it feel distinctly spring-ready. We finish ours with a grapefruit wedge (the extra hit of citrus ties it all together).
