Strawberry or Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

By Casa de Suna

A fresh, vibrant vinaigrette that's as beautiful on a salad as it is on an appetizer board.

This recipe is equally delicious with strawberries or raspberries, so use whichever is in season or on hand. The finishing drizzle of balsamic syrup is the secret that ties everything together, adding just the right balance of sweetness and tang. Toss it with mixed greens, fresh berries, toasted nuts, and creamy goat cheese for a vibrant summer salad, or spoon it over soft cheese on a crusty baguette.
