Raspberry-Lemon Moscow Mules

We’ll never say no to a Moscow mule, but we’ll definitely say yes to our newest take on the classic.

We’ve added the French liqueur, Chambord, which is bursting with black raspberry deliciousness, alongside some raspberries to pack an extra flavorful punch. We like to use Stoli vodka because the floral notes bring out the best in the Chambord, but any kind will do.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 raspberries, washed
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer, chilled
  • Lemon wedge or twist, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add raspberries to the bottom of a highball glass. Fill with ice.
  2. Add vodka, Chambord and lemon juice.
  3. Slowly pour over ginger beer, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge or twist. Serve immediately.
