12 ounces fresh strained grapefruit juice, plus extra wedges to garnish
2 cans (473 mL each) chilled lager
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine raspberries with sugar and water in a liquid measuring cup. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the fruit, working until raspberries are fully crushed and sugar has dissolved. Set a fine-mesh sieve over another measuring cup, then pass the mixture through the sieve, pressing to release as much liquid as possible. Discard remaining seeds. (You should have about 5 ounces of raspberry mixture).
Divide raspberry mixture among 4 beer glasses filled with ice. Pour over grapefruit juice, stirring to combine. Top with beer. Garnish with additional raspberries and grapefruit wedges. Serve immediately.
