Creamy Caesar-ish Dip

This creamy Caesar dip delivers all the bold, briny flavor of a classic Caesar salad - but in scoopable form.

Served with crisp lettuce wedges and seasonal crudités, it’s a fresh, winter-ready take on a party staple. For best results, go full-fat on the sour cream and don’t skimp on the freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup 14% sour cream
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, packed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, strained
  • ½ small garlic clove, finely grated
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper, plus extra to garnish
  • Romaine hearts or little gem lettuce, halved, for serving
  • Fennel wedges, for serving
  • Radishes, for serving
